About Our Mom Eugenia - Shirlington
Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in a breezy Aegean-inspired atmosphere. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Our selection of nine desserts are all made fresh daily in-house and feature Greek classics such as the baklava and the galaktoboureko. There is a full bar, along with wine and beer from Greece. Outdoor tables are available in the summer months. Our kitchen closes at 10PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and at 9PM the rest of the week. We are located steps away from Signature Theater and AMC movie theater in the Shirlington.

This was very first time dining at Our Mom Eugenia, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Great service, the ambience was lovely. The food was absolutely delicious. My favorite Greek spot in Baltimore closed suddenly in 2024 and thought no one could top it. I was very proven wrong. Thank you for such an amazing dining experience.

Had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and tasted just like authentic Greek home cooking. We ordered the paidakia, dolmades, and chicken souvlaki, and every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was so much fun, with live Greek music. The drinks were excellent, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the service throughout the night was fantastic. A special thank you to Gloria, who took great care of us and made our experience even more enjoyable with her friendly personality and excellent service. It's clear she genuinely cares about the guests and helps create such a warm and welcoming environment. If you're looking for authentic Greek food, great drinks, live entertainment, and a memorable experience, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!

Went here with my mom for lunch and we both enjoyed it very much. We both got a pita sandwich and she got hers with the potatoes and I got mine with the salad. The portion sizes were just right for each of us and the food was full of amazing flavor. We also got a lil dessert and it was delicious! Isha was our server and she was really nice and provided a good recommendation for dessert.

If you enjoy Greek cuisine Mom Eugenia is one of my favorite places. The food is perfectly seasoned, prepared and presented. The service is top notch, every staff member cares about your experience. Tanya was our primary rep and she was amazing.

| April 1st, 2026 | We visited this place for dinner, and it was quite busy at the time. I really liked the interior—the blue ambiance created a lovely atmosphere. They also had live music, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Keftedakia (meatballs) and really enjoyed them. They were juicy and flavorful, made with well-seasoned ground beef. Next, we tried the Lamburger (lamb burger). Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. We requested the patty to be cooked medium, but it wasn’t quite as we had hoped. Ratings: Keftedakia (Meatballs): 4.5/5 Lamburger (Lamb Burger): 2.5/5
